Flat roof pitch

Our new garage roofs have a slight pitch to them, not always visible to the eye. In the picture below they are installing insulated sheets, and the thickness of the rows grows towards the center of the garage creating a slope of 1/4"/foot to the perimeters. You may see some standing water after rain, up to 48 hours is acceptable, and if it stays longer, we are still within code, and that is OK with the city, as long as we used those graduate, insulated sheets. Due to age, roof, not my age, some of the joists sag, (mine too), and that is a "do as best as you can attitude" with the city inspector. Burt 617 592 3368

ROOFING: Work almost complete, waiting for Covid infected sheet metal employee to test negative, & return to workforce- "hoping" for Monday. 1-2 days work remaining. ELEVATOR PIT CLEANING & PAINTING: Work complete, 2 new sump pumps installed. SCOPING: Work complete, waiting for report. B6 ELEVATOR DOOR SAFETY EDGE: Work complete, Installed working properly. B6 DOOR CLOSING UPGRADE: Waiting for repair company to schedule. RESERVE STUDY: Work started.

Resending elevator pit schedule for next week

Monday the 11th we will complete pits 1 and 2, Tuesday the 12th we will complete pits 3 and 4, Wednesday the 13th we will complete pits 5 and 6, Thursday the 14th we will complete pits 7 and 8. We're going to use Friday the 15th as a back up date in case we run into any unforeseen issues. We will start between 8 and 9 am. each day.

Whispering Waters Governors for 2021

Salutations Whispering Waters Owners; You will have a new slate of Governors for the new WW 2021 Board of Governors as of the end of the WW Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to start at 7:00 pm EST Thursday 28 Jan 2021. There will be two new Governors, marked with a 'P', replacing two Governors retiring at the end of the 2020 term, coinciding with the AGM, meaning that the majority are returning, so governor continuity is being substantially maintained. The Florida Condominium Act says that an election of governors is not required if the number of prospective governors is less than or equal to the number of available positions. Having previously solicited volunteers for Governors from the WW ownership a number of times, we now have been successful to obtain ten people for ten positions. You can confirm this from the table below, showing the complete list of prospective governors that the supply and demand numbers match exactly. ROOFING: Crew will be here tomorrow, hope to finish end of this week. SCOPING: Crew here all this week, hope to finish this week or Monday at the latest. ELEVATOR PITS: Schedule sent earlier today, working week of 11th-15th, may be some down time on elevators, plan ahead. RESERVE STUDY: Association Reserves scheduling for later this month. Elevator pit maintenance projected schedule is as follows: Monday the 11th we will complete pits 1 and 2, Tuesday the 12th we will complete pits 3 and 4, Wednesday the 13th we will complete pits 5 and 6, Thursday the 14th we will complete pits 7 and 8. We're going to use Friday the 15th as a backup date in case we run into any unforeseen issues. We will be arriving each day between 8 and 9 am. If you need the elevator the day it is being worked on please reschedule your appointment. If you cannot, let me know "now" and I will try to reschedule vendor.
