Just a reminder that Chuck and Burt are tracking service calls. When elevator service is needed please call Chuck. Also, we have ordered a $22,000 door upgrade for building 7 which should take place in a month or so. Recycle Abuse Notice

Neighbors; We may all need a reminder of what is and is not acceptable by the contractor handling our WW recyclable materials. I know when I travel from one jurisdiction to another, the rules change, sometimes without logic or explanation😁. One conscientious owner points out the following. *Our recycle is not being used properly. Today, there was paper waste from a bathroom. Some people are placing full plastic grocery and trash bags plus bubble wrap in the recycle bins. Plastic bags and plastic type of material cause the sorting machine at the recycle center to jam. The machine has to be shut down and cleared by hand. While the sign on the bins says plastic, this means plastic that can be recycled, not waste trash.* Your cooperation is appreciated. Salutations all; Please find attached minutes from your Whispering Waters Annual General Meeting (AGM) held via Zoom starting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday January 28. *Please note this revision is to clarify the status of elevator door upgrades.* There were insufficient owners attending to form a quorum so the meeting was immediately adjourned. No loss because any business requiring a quorum of owners will be conducted later in the year at another owners meeting where proxies will be circulated in advance so any voting can proceed as usual. The slate of governors had exactly one prospect for each board position obviating the necessity of an election. In other words, the board was simply acclaimed, just as has occurred so frequently in the past. Stay tuned for the busy 2021 schedule and follow all the various projects designed to maintain and improve our Whispering Waters property values. Best regards. Dave Wilson
