You will have a new slate of Governors for the new WW 2021 Board of Governors as of the end of the WW Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to start at 7:00 pm EST Thursday 28 Jan 2021.

There will be two new Governors, marked with a 'P', replacing two Governors retiring at the end of the 2020 term, coinciding with the AGM, meaning that the majority are returning, so governor continuity is being substantially maintained.

The Florida Condominium Act says that an election of governors is not required if the number of prospective governors is less than or equal to the number of available positions.

Having previously solicited volunteers for Governors from the WW ownership a number of times, we now have been successful to obtain ten people for ten positions.  You can confirm this from the table below, showing the complete list of prospective governors that the supply and demand numbers match exactly.

Therefore, no election is required unless an owner is now dissatisfied with the proposed slate and volunteers to contest one of the proposed positions, thus leading to a run-off vote.

Failing receipt of such a message, then the entire slate as proposed will be considered elected by acclamation, to be effective at the end of the AGM.  The positions on the board will be subsequently decided by a vote of the board at the brief board meeting immediately following the AGM.
