[Whisperingwaters.business] Whispering Waters Financial Statements for January, 2021

Hello Everyone,

Please find attached the Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the month ending January 31, 2021.

All of our operating expenses are currently within budget. We do have a significant change to our reserves for the new roofing and gutters of our garages and other auxiliary building. This is currently reflected in the reserve accounts. There is a misclassification with no financial impact that attributes part of the cost to the Condo roofs and will be corrected in this month’s (February) financials.
