Hi all;
You are invited to a Regular Board Meeting scheduled for next Monday @ 1:00 p.m. June 21, 2021 to vote on a number of issues relating elevator servicing; roof Inspections; maintenance; and pre-approved maintenance spending allocation.
Henceforth, WW will immediately discontinue the practice of the board voting for anything by email, small or otherwise, as apparently it's not covered in notification in the State of Florida Emergency Order 2020-04, providing condominium boards enhanced latitude during the pandemic, as I have been subsequently informed by our lawyer.
IOW, any emailed votes will be re-voted to ensure being valid and correct going forward.

This Monday meeting is separate and distinct from the Zoom
Special Board meeting regarding Documents Revision, also
open to all owners as are all board meetings, scheduled for 2:00
p.m. Tuesday June 22, with Zoom coordinates also included
below. Again, all WW owners are welcome as it's a great
chance to question Lawyer Lang regarding his recommended changes
to our documents.
