Please find attached minutes from your Whispering Waters Annual General Meeting (AGM) held via Zoom starting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday January 28.
*Please note this revision is to clarify the status of elevator door upgrades.*
There were insufficient owners attending to form a quorum so the meeting was immediately adjourned.
No loss because any business requiring a quorum of owners will be conducted later in the year at another owners meeting where proxies will be circulated in advance so any voting can proceed as usual.
The slate of governors had exactly one prospect for each board position obviating the necessity of an election. In other words, the board was simply acclaimed, just as has occurred so frequently in the past.
