We may all need a reminder of what is and is not acceptable by the contractor handling our WW recyclable materials.  I know when I travel from one jurisdiction to another, the rules change, sometimes without logic or explanation😁.

One conscientious owner points out the following.

Our recycle is not being used properly. Today, there was paper waste from a bathroom. Some people are placing full plastic grocery and trash bags plus bubble wrap in the recycle bins. Plastic bags and plastic type of material cause the sorting machine at the recycle center to jam. The machine has to be shut down and cleared by hand. While the sign on the bins says plastic, this means plastic that can be recycled, not waste trash.
