This postponement decision was taken after discussing the issue with our lawyer and Cte Chair, Lucy Schall, to*postpone indefinitely the Documents Revision Zoom meeting scheduled for 2:00 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday June 22)*.
The purpose of this 'town hall' meeting was to explain the rationale for legal change recommendations by our WW lawyer, Nick Lang.
The meeting will be rescheduled in due course.
By way of explanation, Duke Energy is changing the northern transformer, of two on the WW campus, thus taking out the electrical supply to half the buildings.
It was determined to be too difficult to work around and we felt it unlikely that Duke would reschedule to a later date.
*Please note that the RBM scheduled for 1:00 p.m. today remains unchanged*.
