On a lighter note, we planted a dozen pesticide free milk weed plants behind building 1 last season and had a robust response to our efforts this spring.  So much so, that the monarch caterpillars ate all the leaves off the plants and we had to go to Dolins to buy 4 more plants.  We transferred the remaining caterpillars to the new plants and we brought them up to our terrace in hopes that they would have enough food from the 4 new plants.  Out of a 14 cats, we were able to watch about 8 monarch butterflies continue their trip north and wish them well.  We still have 2 crysalisis approaching eclose.  They are beautiful with gold beads marking the green pods.  This is how I'm spending my time!  How about you???
