Light Up Old Northeast Holiday Decoration Contest
Hi All, I registered Whispering Waters in the HONNA HOLIDAY DECORATION CONTEST.
HONNA hopes to help make the neighborhood extra festive this year with a holiday home decoration contest. Residents can sign up and decorate their homes. All competing homes will be put on a map to be judged and to be seen by those touring the neighborhood. Since neighbors of ONE can’t gather as a large group, let’s show off our pride in our neighborhood by being festive and bright!
This event will take the place of the Candlelight Tour as our major fundraising event of the year. Due to COVID safety, this event will not include going into decorated houses and instead will be judged from the street.
Judging will take place Sunday, December 20th between 6:30-9:00 pm. There will be a registration fee of $25, proceeds to go to HONNA.
PS: The funds generated from the Candlelight Tour are donated to needy causes throughout the city. I'm sure there will be a big shortfall this year because of Covid. Making a donation and supporting this program would be awesome!
