WW owners are stating that they are *not receiving WW business and/or social emails*, then find them in their spam folder.
One way to avoid this is to ensure that both email addresses are included in your email program's contact list.
Both email addresses are included here below to facilitate you adding both to your contact list, if you have not already done so.

Mostly, spam filters check that the *sender**'s* email address is in *your own contact list* in order to determine whether it would be reasonable to expect spam from someone you have already included in your contact list.
Please check with your neighboring WW owners to ensure they have already done this as well and/or help them understand the process and perhaps do it for them.
