DD and I watched the most wonderful movie on Netflix which I suggest if you have time try to watch - it is a light interesting movie. They have dedicated this movie to an American at the end which makes you appreciate the movie and the person even more. I'm not going to tell you who this special person is, but I think you will agree.

The movie is filmed in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia with the most beautiful scenery. Inge Hutton and the Chapmans each have a property in Lunenburg and we kept looking to see if we recognized their places.

All is good in Ontario, Canada still cold but snow is disappearing quickly.

Easter dinner on Zoom was fun for the 10 of us. Harper the 2 1/2 yr old stole the show. Very excited to see Nana and Poppa but even more excited to tell us that they were getting a puppy the next day.

The puppy type is a mix of a Wheaton Terrier, Snosser, Poodle which grows to 20 pounds. When our kids were small we bought mutts (several breeds) which at the time I bought our Snip and Snap from the pound they were $35.00 each. I'm afraid to ask if this little one is a mutt or an expensive pure breed with three breeds??? Think I'll just leave this alone and enjoy their little puppy.

We have a big day this week. DD and I are driving 3hrs to a place close to where our kids are in Barrie. We are meeting Lori, Georgia and Maddy at Costco. Lori is bringing my leafblower back to me so I can get rid of all the leaves, dirt and twigs on the property. DD and Lori will shop at Costco while I sit in my car and the little ladies in their car so we can talk. It will be so hard not to kiss and hug them.

Our government is talking about slowly opening things up around May 17th but that could change. It looks like schools won't open till next September.

The police were allowed to fine folks that were not walking 6ft apart even husband and wives. The fine was $1,000.00 and they gave out 40 fines. Toronto isn't fooling around.

Everyone stay safe, stay 6ft apart and this will be over soon.
