Whispering Waters is the safest place in St.Pete. If anybody had the virus, they would be dead by now. The only weak link we have are younger people who don’t live here but come in for maintenance. That’s why I’m not calling a garage door repair until this is over.

At 700 Beach Drive we are not allowing any visitors, renovations or condo showings for sale. Only emergency repairs for plumbing or AC are allowed. We are both over 55 (really over 72) condos and need to take more precautions. Time to go overboard.

2-3 more weeks of this.

And then I can focus on the smoking problem in building 6. It’s going to hit the fan.
